INDIVIDUAL COUNSELLING
I understand life can often feel lonely, overwhelming, painful, anxiety building and confusing. We all struggle with low self-esteem, relationship difficulties, stress, anxiety, worry, confusion and fear that limit our lives.
You may already know what you want from therapy or you may feel that something is not quite right but you’re not sure what. Perhaps you’re looking for help to make sense of your current feelings. Maybe you are feeling painful emotions or want to improve relationships or get a better understanding of yourself. I can support you in understanding troubling thoughts, emotions and behaviours with the aim of enabling you to move from self-alienation to self-acceptance.

COUNSELLING WITH CHILDREN & YOUNG PEOPLE
My way of working involves building a relationship with you based on trust and acceptance, where you are heard, respected and encouraged to be you! I will be guided by your feelings or experiences and use a range of approaches helping you gain a better understanding of yourself and what you want with the aim of helping you heal from past experiences that can impact your present, and hold you back.
COUPLES COUNSELLING
Couples counselling is a great place to strengthen your relationship, heal old wounds or help you decide the future of your relationship. Some couples might come to therapy to improve their relationship whilst others might seek couples therapy in order to consider a decision to separate.

I offer you an initial free 20 minute informal chat for you to have an opportunity to discuss what you would like from counselling as well as to experience how we might work together. This is conducted online or by phone.
